Harry, 21, has been working in the renewable energy sector since the age of 16. During this time, he has contributed to a number of major projects and developed a strong passion for clean energy, with a particular interest in solar solutions.

Driven by ambition and innovation, Harry is committed to working alongside his brothers to establish the company as one of the UK’s leading renewable installation providers.

Outside of work, Harry is a dedicated bodybuilder and spends most of his free time training. He has his sights set on competing in, and winning, the British Open in 2026.

Charlie, 18, has been working in the renewable energy industry for the past two years and is currently studying Electrical Installation at college. Gaining hands-on experience across solar PV, battery systems, and both air and ground source heat pumps, he is building strong technical skills with a focus on the electrical side of installations.

Charlie works across both domestic and commercial projects and is passionate about developing his expertise as he helps grow the business alongside his brothers.

Alfie, 18, recently completed his A-Levels and co-founded HCA Energy alongside his brothers. He is Charlie’s twin and has several years of experience in solar PV design, with strong proficiency in PV-Sol and SolarEdge design tools, creating efficient and high-performance system layouts.

Alongside his design work, Alfie regularly joins the team on-site to gain hands-on installation experience across solar PV and battery storage systems, ensuring he understands every stage of the process as the business grows.
